  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistics issues

Detailory is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details until delivery.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure the address and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • Detailory is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed or fail due to:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Refusal to accept the order

In such cases, re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos/videos of the package and product for verification.

  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
